Being a woman in science comes with a unique set of challenges. In 2017, the US Department of Commerce reported that Women only occupied 25% of all STEM jobs, and that the retention of Women in those roles was significantly lower than their male counterparts. With this in mind, our speakers will share insights from their successful career journeys including the challenges they faced, and advice for early-career Scientists.
