Join HBA Seattle to build your coaching muscle for effective management and leadership. As companies seek to increase employee engagement levels, “coaching” is increasingly becoming an important and expected managerial competency. But what does it really mean to coach as a manager? Join us for a talk on how to appropriately and effectively use coaching techniques as a manager. We’ll discuss how coaching fits into managerial responsibilities, the coaching mindset and some simple techniques to employ day-to-day to build your coaching-as-a-manager muscle. We’ll also discuss and have an opportunity to practice the feedback-giving side of coaching as a manager.
