She hosts the Glass Ceilings & Sticky Floors podcast and co-hosts the Telly Award-winning AI Voice or Victim. As founder of HER Collective, a fast-growing community helping women rise and stay in positions of power, she combines executive coaching, AI fluency, and real-world strategy. The AI Gap hit Amazon’s bestseller list in Career Advancement within days of launch. Erica has spoken on stages including SXSW and CHIEF and been featured in Forbes, SUCCESS Magazine, and CBS.
The meeting will be at North Seattle College, located at 9600 College Way North, room CC1161. Visitor parking is on 95th. Turn on to campus on 95th street off of College Way North. Parking is available close to the room in the Visitor Parking Lot 2. There is a smaller parking lot just off the room with disabled parking a short distance from Visitor Parking Lot 2. We have 30 prepaid parking spots available, carpooling is encouraged. King County Metro Routes include 20, 40, 345, 346 and 365.
